Ans: It's very simple to open an account. You need a local operator number and your valid NID card to create a new account.

Ans: Go to the Play store/App store to download Amber IT IP Phone application. First you need to provide your local phone number to get the OTP.
After verifying the OTP, you need to upload your Profile photo, Name, NID card number, NID front side photo and NID back side photo.
After uploading all valid information, your account is ready. Your account will be verified within 72 hours. After verifying account, you will be able to make GSM call.
Ans: Tap Shop menu> choose Recharge by debit/credit/mobile banking option> Type your Recharge amount> choose Mobile Banking option> Tap bKash icon> Insert your bKash number.
Few second later, you get an OTP to your bkash number. Input the OTP and bkash PIN to complete recharge process.
